TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

All digital artwork files for sale in this gallery have been prepared by Artlink Hull in consultation with the artist.

Upon purchase the customer will receive the digital artwork(s) via an instant download. The file(s) will be available for download as a zip file for 24 hours after purchase. The customer is granted singular permission to print or otherwise display the work in their private domestic setting, and will be provided with a certificate of ownership. All copyrights to the artwork remain with the artist.

PLEASE NOTE:

• All artworks for sale in the gallery are digital download only, no physical print will be shipped.

• Due to differences in monitor and printer calibrations, colours may appear different in print than on screen, and between different screens. The final print quality will depend on the type of printer and paper used.

• Purchased artworks are made available for personal use only and may not be distributed or used for any type of resale, licensing, or commercial use.

• All copyrights to artworks remain with the artist.

Due to the breadth and diversity of artworks featured, each artwork can differ in dimension and resolution. These details are displayed on the product page for each artwork prior to checkout. We ask that customers please satisfy themselves that the image size and resolution of artworks meets their expectations prior to purchase. We are happy to advise customers on the suitability of individual artworks for output to different print formats and/or digital devices.
